Fees for the 2007 SEMBC
You can preregister for the conference
through October 12, 2007. After October 12, 2007, you will have
to register on site. If you have questions about conference fees

Exhibit Booth Fee
The Exhibit Booth fee includes a 10’x10’ piped and
draped exhibit space with a wastebasket and an
identification sign at the SEMBC’s Alive & Kickin’ Trade
Show. For more details on exhibiting, see the “Exhibiting
Information” at www.sembc.com . Special Notes that
Relate to Exhibiting Fees: If you sign up to
sponsor the SEMBC in any sponsorship category, you will
receive a $200.00 discount on your exhibit booth fee (i.e.,
your exhibit booth fee will be $1,000.00 instead of
$1,200.00). Also, most GAMB Industry Partner sponsorship
levels include a complimentary booth and all levels include
a number of free attendee registrations and other SEMBC
benefits, plus provide companies with recognition at all

Fee for Currently Unemployed Mortgage Professionals
If you are a mortgage
professional whose company is one of the many that has recently
closed or you have been laid off due to company cutbacks and you
are in the process of looking for employment, you may attend the
SEMBC at a special discounted rate. To take advantage of this
special discount, register using the SEMBC General Registration
Form. Sign up in the registration category you would have been
in while employed at your most recent job. For example, if you
worked for a wholesale lender, you would fall into an
“Affiliate” category so you should register as a “Nonexhibiting
Affiliate.” In the contact information section of the form, fill
in your name, put “Currently Unemployed” in the “Company Name”
blank, then fill out the rest of the section with your home
address and numbers or in a way that you would like to be
contacted by a potential employer. In the payment section at the
end of the form, write “$99.00” on the “Amount Due” line next to

Registration
After October 12,
2007, you must register on site. The SEMBC On Site
Registration/Information Counter will be located in the Savannah
International Trade & Convention Center. You can register on
site for the SEMBC, conference education classes and the golf
tournament during any of the open hours of operation, however we
highly encourage you to preregister. Please note that on site
registration for all conference events and education is subject
to availability.

Substitutions
The substituting
of attendee names is allowed. In order to make a name
substitution, the SEMBC must be notified of the name of the
original attendee who is being replaced by the new attendee.
Please make sure that you provide the new attendee with this
information. If the new attendee is unable to provide this
information, the new attendee will be required to pay an
additional registration fee. To make substitutions on or before

After October 19,
2007, name substitutions must be made on site. To make a
substitution on site, visit the SEMBC On Site Registration
Counter during open hours at the Savannah International Trade &
Convention Center (see “On Site Registration” in the paragraph

Cancellation
Policy
Refunds will be
issued for written cancellation requests received by fax, mail
or overnight/courier delivery on or before Friday, October 12,
2007. Refunds received on or before October 12, 2007 will be
subject to a 25% service charge, which will be deducted from
your refund. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for
cancellations received after October 12, 2007. Written notice of
