General Information, Rules and Regulations for SEMBC Exhibitors

The SEMBC Exhibitor Guidelines, the general information, rules and regulations for exhibiting at the 2007 SEMBC, have been put into place to ensure fairness to each exhibitor. Click here for a downloadable copy of the guidelines.

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
The SEMBC Exhibit Hall will be located in Exhibit Hall A in the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center. After booth positions have been determined for GAMB’s Industry Partner companies, exhibit booth numbers will be issued to all SEMBC exhibitors on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registering to Exhibit (Your web info has this section twice.)
Fees for exhibiting are a la carte (you pay a fee for an exhibit booth, plus a separate fee for each company representative that you send to man your booth and attend the conference). Because most conference meal functions are held within the exhibit hall and everyone allowed into the hall will have access to food and beverages, there are no complimentary passes for exhibitors to simply “work the booth” during exhibit hall openings. Exhibiting attendees receive all of the benefits that come with regular conference attendance. Questions? Special Notes that Relate to Exhibiting Registration: If you sign up for any SEMBC Sponsorship, you will receive a $200 discount on the price of an SEMBC Exhibit Booth (your cost for an exhibit booth will be $1,000 instead of $1,200). Also, most GAMB Industry Partner sponsorship levels include a complimentary booth and all levels include a number of free attendee registrations and other SEMBC benefits, plus provide companies with recognition at all GAMB events throughout the year. Exhibiting Attendee Registration Fee
Fees for Exhibiting Attendees depend upon when you register and whether or not you are a GAMB Member. Please check the fees in the “Registration Information” section of this document. With the exception of set-up personnel who will only be allowed into the exhibit hall during show set-up hours, each of your company’s Exhibiting Attendees must be registered to attend using the “SEMBC General Registration Form.”

Exhibit Hall Badges
Each exhibiting attendee will be provided with a color-coded neck wallet that allows entrance into the SEMBC Exhibit Hall during set up and exhibiting times, as well as admittance to all of the conference events that are included with General Registration.

Badges for Exhibit Set-Up Personnel
The SEMBC realizes that your company may have personnel who will need access to the exhibit hall to set up your exhibit booth. Badges for set-up personnel will be available at the SEMBC On Site Registration Counter during its normal operating hours. These badges will allow individuals access into the exhibit hall during posted move-in and move-out times only.
