To Make Inquiries to the Georgia Department of Banking & Finance on the Georgia Fair Lending Act:

The Georgia Department of Banking & Finance Mortgage Division has set up a special e-mail address for handling inquiries regarding the Georgia Fair Lending Act that will take effect on October 1, 2002.

All inquiries regarding the regulations being drawn up should be sent to: gafla@dbf.state.ga.us

The department will make every effort to answer all questions in a timely fashion.
