Legal Counsel

GAMP's legal affairs are handled by the firm Morris Hardwick Schneider. Legal counsel representatives attend each GAMP Board Meeting, providing legal advice as requested by the GAMP President and Board, interpreting the GAMP Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, drafting revisions to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws as requested by the Board, and reviewing contracts as requested by the Board.
