The GAMP Board of Directors
The GAMP Board of Directors is composed of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Immediate Past President, and 14 Directors, for a total of 18 voting Board Members. Officers serve one year in each position, and Board Members serve two-year terms. Board Members are placed into nomination by the GAMP Nominating Committee and are then voted into service by the membership. According to our current Bylaws, the Board must contain from 16-25 members, and greater than 50% of Board must be either licensed mortgage brokers or employees of licensed mortgage brokers. Honorary Directors, Committee Chairs, Liaisons and Support Staff do not vote and are not counted as members of the Board.
